In this open plan living space a rear sitting room can be easily separated from the busy kitchen with the use of a large walnut and painted sliding wall. The design of the walnut door compliments the random shelf arrangement of the bookcases alongside. The design of the painted side of the door is inspired by the works of artist Ben Nicholson.
