Open Plan Basement Living

This kitchen was designed to go into a very open plan home and we specified a mix of materials to add depth and interest into the fairly contemporary scheme. We used a combination of stained oak, high gloss solid acrylic and off white quartz to create a modern look that would be durable to live up to the day to day use of a young busy family. We also created a bulkhead into the ceiling to duct out the extractor intake which created an impressive architectural feature, which we were able to build our bespoke cabinets around.
