We wanted to create a contemporary feel that reflected this property’s urban setting but keep the space warm and homely. This has been achieved by combining modern aspects such as flush, handle-less doors and drawers with the extensive use of American black walnut cabinetry, oak parquet flooring and a warm grey palette. The other key point was to source a breakfast bar made from a single piece of American black walnut with the natural shape and raw timber edge guiding you into the room.
